Warranty Coverage

Applies to NDS products purchased within the warranty region (as stated in accompanying documentation), covering defects in materials and workmanship for at least 2 year from the date of purchase.

NDS or an authorized service provider (ASN) will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective products free of charge, using new or refurbished parts.


User Responsibilities

Proof of Purchase Required: Original invoice/receipt (showing date of purchase, model, and dealer name) must be presented. Warranty may be denied if documentation is missing or illegible.

Transport Costs Excluded: Customer bears all shipping/transportation costs and risks.


What’s Not Covered?

Normal wear and tear, consumables (e.g., batteries).

Damage from misuse, accidents, liquid exposure, power surges, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling.

Battery degradation after 300+ charge cycles (replacement available at customer’s expense).

Software issues (subject to separate license terms).


Limitations & Disclaimers

NDS does not guarantee error-free operation and is not liable for indirect damages (e.g., data loss, business interruptions).

Maximum liability is limited to the product’s purchase price (unless local law mandates higher compensation).

Investigation & Problem Analysis.

Review order details, warranty status, and product/service history.

Contact relevant departments (e.g., technical team, logistics) if needed.

Determine if the issue is due to product defect, shipping damage, user error, or other causes.

Solution Proposal.

Replacement (if product is defective/damaged)

Refund (full or partial, depending on the case)

Repair (if applicable and under warranty)

Store Credit/Discount (for minor issues or goodwill gestures)

Instructions/Troubleshooting (if issue is resolvable without return)

Customer Approval & Implementation

Process refund/replacement immediately.

Provide return shipping label (if needed).

Schedule repair or send instructions.

If rejected: Escalate to a senior support manager () for further negotiation.


How to Handling Out-of-Warranty Requests?

If your NDS product is out of warranty:

Paid Repair Service. (Pay Service fee & Parts cost to workshop directly, The user shall bear the two-way shipping fee)

Discount on Replacement – Give a discount for a new purchase.
